Master of Science in Management

The Master of Science in Management at Tashkent Metropolitan University is designed for graduates who want to move into general management, operations, and organizational leadership roles across sectors. The program builds a strong foundation in strategic management while developing the practical skills needed to lead people, projects, and processes.

Students study organizational behavior and leadership, operations and supply chain management, human resource management, and business analytics, learning to make sound decisions under real-world constraints of time, resources, and competing priorities. Coursework blends case-based learning with applied projects developed in partnership with organizations across Uzbekistan's growing economy.

A capstone consulting project allows students to apply strategic frameworks to a live organizational challenge, developing the judgment and communication skills expected of future managers and entrepreneurs.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, management, or a related field, along with the required English language proficiency, to enroll in this program.

The MSc in Management covers six core areas: Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior & Leadership, Operations & Supply Chain Management, Human Resource Management, Business Analytics, and a Capstone Consulting Project.
