Tashkent Metropolitan University is an approved center of OTHM, delivering the OTHM Level 3 Foundation Diploma for Higher Education Studies — a UK qualification regulated by Ofqual and recognized as equivalent to GCE AS/A-Levels. Students who complete this diploma at TMU gain a foundation-year qualification that progresses directly into TMU's bachelor's degree programs.

What is OTHM?

OTHM is a UK-based awarding organization regulated by Ofqual (the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation), the body that oversees qualifications, exams, and assessments in England. OTHM qualifications are delivered through approved centers in around 30 countries, and every unit is internally assessed by the center and externally verified by OTHM itself — an outside check on quality that isn't limited to TMU's own grading.

What is the Level 3 Foundation Diploma for Higher Education Studies?
