  • What programs are available at the university, and what is the tuition fee?
    Foundation Year – 10,000,000 UZS

    Available programs:
    • Accounting and Finance – 11,000,000 UZS
    • Management – 11,000,000 UZS
    • Marketing – 11,000,000 UZS
    • Computer Engineering – 15,000,000 UZS
    • International Business – 11,000,000 UZS
    • Economics – 11,000,000 UZS
    • Law – 15,000,000 UZS
    • English Philology – 11,000,000 UZS
    • Early Childhood Education (PreK - Grade 4) – 10,000,000 UZS
    Tuition fees are per semester and are listed in UZS.
  • What documents are required for admission?
    Applications can be submitted via @tmuqabulbot.
  • Where is the university located?
    116, Usta Shirin street, Almazor district, Tashkent, Uzbekistan
  • Does the university have a license?
    License number: No. 327586 (issued on 24.07.2024)
  • Is the university included in the HEMIS system?
    TMU is integrated into the HEMIS system and listed among the recognized universities: hemis.uz/universities
  • Is part-time (distance) education available?
    No, only full-time education is available.
  • What scholarships and discounts are available?
    Information on available scholarships: tmuni.org/scholarships-and-loans
  • Can tuition be paid in installments?
    Yes, tuition fees for each semester can be paid in two installments.
  • When does the academic year start?
    The 2025–2026 academic year starts on September 8.

  • What is the language of instruction?
    All programs are taught entirely in English.
  • Is IELTS required for admission?
    No, IELTS is not required.

    However, if you have an IELTS score of 5.0 or higher, you are eligible for tuition discounts and will find the coursework easier.
  • Can students transfer to TMU from another university?
    At the moment, transfers are not possible as TMU does not yet have senior-year students.
  • Is the TMU diploma recognized in Uzbekistan?
    Yes, TMU diplomas are recognized in Uzbekistan.
  • What is the application deadline?
    The admission ends on 20 August.
  • What scholarships are available for applicants with IELTS?
    Scholarships for the first semester (up to 100%):
    • IELTS 6.5–9.0 – 100% scholarship
    • IELTS 6.0 – 75% scholarship
    • IELTS 5.5 – 50% scholarship
    • IELTS 5.0 – 25% scholarship
