Tashkent Metropolitan University (TMU) is continuing to expand its academic cooperation with local and international educational institutions.
Tashkent Metropolitan University signed an agreement with Tashkent International University of Education (TIUE).
Signing the document, the sides have solidified their commitment to academic collaboration. The agreement outlines key areas of cooperation in the realms of education and scientific research, with the overarching goal of fostering a collaborative and enriching academic environment.
Key objectives of the agreement:
1. Creation of Optimal Conditions for Joint Projects: The MOU seeks to establish the most favorable conditions for the realization of joint projects, enhancing the educational landscape for students at both institutions.
2. Implementation of Educational Programs and Exchange of Expertise: Both universities aim to execute educational programs and projects, facilitating the exchange of valuable experiences and knowledge between the academic communities.
3. Mutual Support in Education: This includes the enrollment of students from Tashkent Metropolitan University, who have successfully completed the International Foundation Diploma for Higher Education Studies program into the first year (Year 1, when instructed in English) of the chosen bachelor’s degree at Tashkent International University of Education. Eligible students must hold a GPA of 2.5 and an IELTS score of 5.5 (with no section below 4.5).
4. Additional Recognition for Foundation Diploma Holders: Students possessing a certificate or diploma from the accredited OfQual (Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation, UK) International Foundation Diploma for Higher Education Studies may qualify for an additional diploma from Tashkent International University of Education at subsequent levels (Level 4-6).
This collaboration aims to enrich the academic experiences of students, promote the exchange of knowledge, and create a platform for joint initiatives in the fields of education and research.
