Munisa Muhtarova is the Founding Dean of the School of Arts and Humanities and Foundation Programs at Tashkent Metropolitan University. She is an accomplished academic leader with a proven track record of establishing schools, having previously held the same founding role at Akfa University.
Her expertise lies in curriculum and instruction, teacher education, and educational leadership, which she is furthering through her ongoing Doctorate.
